WHO I AM?

William (Bill) Alek has more than 25 years of experience as an embedded computer hardware and software engineering consultant. I've provided consultation in these areas for companies such as Motorola, Honeywell, General Electric, Bendix, Rockwell International, Mack Trucks, Cummins Diesel, etc. I'm a 1979 graduate of the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, Illinois, with a B.S.E.E. degree. I'm also the President of INTALEK, INC., a small privately held Corporation specializing in research and development of FREE Energy, Antigravitational, Time Travel devices and systems. I founded the company in July 1983 and I'm currently residing in central Arizona.

As indicated above, I do software consulting work for major corporations, which describes my primary day job activity. However, at night, I become Doctor Whodini - researcher, explorer, experimenter in the world of exotic technologies, which began in September of 1998. I have an IQ of 133.

THE KEY TO HARNESSING FREE ENERGY
FROM THE VACUUM

The vacuum or aether is filled with random fluctuations of energy. Paul Dirac, a physicist from the first half of the 20th century referred to this vacuum or plenum as the "Sea of Negative Energy". A vacuum or plenum consisting of electron/positron pairs that exist below their respective ground state. The key method of harnessing this energy is to "create" a curvature or torque between two Newtonian inertial reference frames, then extract this energy freely given by the vacuum. If the curvature or torque between these two inertial frames is zero, the two frames are said to be equal, NO FREE Energy is available. However, if the curvature or torque is non-zero, or a difference exists between these two frames, energy is freely given or taken from the vacuum. The direction or sign of this curvature or torque determines if energy is freely given or taken. The diagram below shows how this process occurs:

 

Now, is there any direct evidence of this vacuum exchange of energy occurring in nature? Yes, the Pound Rebka experiment clearly shows this phenomenon. An energy exchange occurs between gamma rays and the vacuum.

Are there any examples of FREE Energy technologies utilizing a torque field? Yes:

MY UFO SIGHTING

I CALL IT:
THE FLYING "ALIEN" TRASH CAN

During the summer of 1998, I was vacationing in the American southwest. I was just arriving in Tucson Arizona at about 4:30 pm when I observed a cylindrical "craft" slowly ascending over downtown Tucson. I estimated the initial altitude of the "craft" to be approximately a 1000'. It slowly ascended straight up until it vanished from sight. The whole affair took about a half an hour.

Here's a video recorded in 1993 of a "craft" very similar to the "craft" I observed 5 years later shown hovering over the Gulf near Redfish Point Florida.
